Nieuws MEDEDELING !!

Omschrijving | Spectacular third album by the Grenoble quintet.
Not a typical jazz-rock album, but an
unforgettable adventure characterized by a variety
of harmonies and passion. The band, which emerged
from the fusion of progressive rock and
contemporary jazz with Eastern European
influences, clearly differs in sound from all
other bands of the label and also shows their
fearless and ingenious approach on the new album.
Bend The Future expand their sound, follow their
distinctive path, add string quartets and jazz
vocals to their arsenal and add a dazzling touch
to their soundscape. Tracks like "Somewhere
Beneath", "Fall Apart" and "Jemlematür" show the
bold new direction the band has taken, while
tracks like "Desert Eagle" and "Vast" build a
bridge between the band`s earlier work and the new
album hit. Side A is pretty heavy and dark,
complete with screaming vocals, while the second
part portrays landscapes of Anatolian, French and
Portuguese countries. Definitely worth listening
to.
