|Omschrijving||Legendary combination of blues rock, fusion and
prog from the Dutch underground list. This is a
blues and progressive guitar burner starring Frank

Fontessa were formed in 1973 by two ex-Drama
members, guitarist Frank van der Kloot and drummer
Shell Schellekens (Schellekens was also briefly a
Brainbox member). The original formation reputedly
consisted also of keyboardist Otto Cooymans and
bassist Paul Heppener, but none of them appears on
the self-titled debut (1973, Pink Elephant), which
was recorded with session members, ex-Alquin Jan
Visser on bass, Richie Hamilton on vocals, Finch`es
Peter Vink and Eric Tagg on electric piano.

bass and drums, Tagg`s piano appears only in one
